Summary: Georgia Ports Authority is looking for an experienced maritime industry leader with a proven track record in commercial and sales roles within the ocean carrier, BCO, 3PL, rail, or port sectors.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Vice President, BCO Sales will be part of the leadership team, responsible for leading, growing and developing the sales, marketing, and customer experience teams with a focus on providing outstanding service to BCO customers, port partners and other departments within the Port Authority.

Required Qualifications and Experience: Fifteen years’ of progressively responsible, diversified management and senior leadership experience in the international shipping, marine terminal, port, 3PL or related supply chain industry sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive (preferably current) high-level management experience and a successful track record of growing business within top tier organizations.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus excellent benefits. Relocation assistance available.
Other: Approximately 50% travel (domestic and some international). Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and have a valid driver’s license.
