SUMMARY: The Marine Terminal Superintendent has general responsibility of managing the Port’s bulk loading facilities and marine cargo operations at other Port terminals including supervision, vessel loading, train movements, labor forces and bulk facility maintenance.  This position is responsible for maintaining efficient terminal activity and administering operating agreements. The Marine Terminal Superintendent assists the Marine Terminals Manager as well as the Marine Terminals Superintendent – Facility Security Officer.  Additionally, the Marine Terminal Superintendent serves as an Alternate Facility Security Officer and is responsible for the overall security of the Marine Terminals in accordance with the Maritime Transpo
