Technical Operations Manager â“ EMEA
Location â“ Dublin

We have a great opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager to join one of large accounts based in Dublin.

This role will see you provide technical leadership to the FM Operations team to deliver strong management of the client Assets by implementing proper maintenance strategies, appropriate maintenance programs, effective CMMS management. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and technical advice to EMEA client team when managing Asset Life Cycle and replacement.

Working with the Cushman & Wakefield Integrated Facilities Management team to remain  compliant with Energy and any statutory maintenance obligations across the AMD EMEA portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

-    Carry out regular performance reviews with vendors, optimizing performance, developing relationships and ensuring competence of technicians
-    Support FMs to prepare monthly cost projections for technical services and review against budgets
-    Develop 5yr rolling CAPEX plan/budget and implement life cycle costing and analysis
-    Ensure Legal Compliance for maintenance of AMD Assets included within C&W IFM contract for EMEA region
-    Build team network for supporting on technical issues and providing quick resolution to technical problems
-    Technical Engineering Support: Provide technical expertise and support for engineering projects, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes.
-    Build client trust and confidence and become the â˜first port of callâ™ when technical issues arise for all sites in EMEA
-    Prepare Monthly Technical Reports for the client based on data analysis and technical analysis of the portfolio
-    Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technical engineering areas, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications, Skill & Experience:

-    Engineering qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
-    Time served engineer with at least 5 years management experience in a Technical role
-    Experience managing large Office portfolios across EMEA
-    Technical Services Delivery in a high-quality office environment with Global clients

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, on call rota, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. Local requirements will govern your patterns of work and travel to different locations in EMEA is an integral part of the position.
