SUMMARY:  Under general supervision and within the framework of Port policies, procedures and objectives, the Real Estate Associate I-II provides assistance with the administration, marketing, and leasing of the Port’s industrial, commercial, warehousing, and office properties. Distinguishing Characteristics:  Levels of the Real Estate Associate role are distinguished by experience, education, variety, required supervision and complexity of para-professional duties. Both levels require problem-solving, independent judgement, and a thorough understanding of real estate principles, practices, valuation, property management, and marketing. The Real Estate Associate II level performs more advanced
