The Port of Grays Harbor is recruiting a detail oriented and highly technical, experienced professional to organize and implement the Port’s security and safety initiatives.  Duties include development and implementation of the Facility Security Plan; maintenance of required security and US Coast Guard records; ensuring the integrity of the TWIC program; developing and executing strategies to improve safety culture. The Marine Terminal Superintendent - Security and Safety works closely with the Marine Terminal Superintendent – Operations and is responsible for the overall security of the Marine Terminals; This position is also tasked with planning, development and management of the Port’s Security Officers.  Reports to the Deputy Executive Director.
