MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Four-year ABET accredited Bachelors degree in Engineering, with emphasis in structural, civil, preferably coastal engineering. Additional graduate level courses in engineering are highly desirable. Previous job experience required should include a minimum of 10 to 15 (ten to fifteen) years of experience in project engineering as applied to the design and construction of Port or related large capital projects. Previous management and supervisory experience is required. Construction experience is highly desirable. A licensed professional engineer certification is required (Register Civil or structural Engineer in Florida (or able to acquire via reciprocity).
