The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for providing management and oversight for marine operations (including rail, roads, terminals, breakbulk operations, and management of the waterway) and maintenance department. This position will partner with key stakeholders, including labor leaders across the various operational sectors to deliver cost competitive and efficient operational solutions through utilizing a proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach.
