Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field. A minimum of five years of experience in building management, construction management, facilities management, or engineering, to include supervisory experience is required. Supervisory experience in AC/Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance is preferred.
