The Port of Hood River, Oregon, is recruiting its next Finance Director. Situated in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, the Port offices are located in the desirable city of Hood River, just 30 miles north of Mt. Hood and just over an hour’s drive to Portland. The area offers an abundance of outdoor recreation, diverse culinary establishments, while maintaining their small-town character. Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, the Finance Director (FD) is a key member of the Port’s management team and is responsible for managing all fiscal operations, investments, and fiscal strategies including risk management, information technology (IT), toll system hardware and software management, and supervision of finance staff. The idea
