The Port of South Louisiana, as one of America’s largest tonnage ports, is the premier sea gateway for U.S. export and import traffic.  We currently seek a highly driven and innovative strategic leader to serve as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).  The Chief Administrative Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will be responsible for directing and administering the day to day activities of the Port of South Louisiana’s administration, finance, purchasing, procurement, commercial and liability, information technology, and contract administration units. This position is responsible for the following: Directing and managing the financing of capital and operating projects through determination of available funds and prioritizing of expenditures.
