Human Resources Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Manager will handle day to day operations for the Port’s Human Resources department. Manage, maintain, and facilitate project priorities, strategic partnerships, policy and planning, employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee compensation and benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, training and employment law and related activities. The position exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of consequence that require considerable knowledge and interpretation of Port policies and procedures.
